Client Relations

Nicole joined the Research America team in 2018, bringing 13 years of experience across multiple marketing channels including consumer research, client relations, design and sourcing, product development, social media and sales. She holds a Bachelors degree in Marketing with a Minor in Graphic Design. Nicole’s attention to detail shows in her involvement with project management. She oversees day-to-day operations of the facility, serves as the on-site client contact, is a staff liaison with project managers and our recruiting team, and is responsible for ensuring research projects run smoothly.
