Jessica brings over 15 years of invaluable experience and holds a moderator certificate from the Burke Institute, specializing in consumer marketing and market research. She has had the opportunity to gain knowledge in the areas of grocery, consumer packaged goods, banking, shipping and logistics and warehousing.

Her areas of focus are enhancing the customer experience, voice of the customer, client advocacy, project management, process improvements and providing actionable data and insights. She has built her career on answering the questions “by what means are consumers motivated and how can we influence it?
